Organic Food : Recipe for Organic Cheese Enchiladas

Dinner for weight loss journey. Teryaki plate with steamed rice and cabbage, organic pink Madagascar rice and white jasmine rice mixed half and half prior to cooking, and half a chicken breast grilled on the George Forman. The condiments are ranch, siracha sauce and soy sauce. Normally I use half salt soy but my husband brought this one home when I sent him shopping a few weeks ago.
